About us

Laundry Care, Made Personal.

LaundroLoop was created to make laundry feel less like another service you have to manage and more like a routine you never have to think about.

When you join LaundroLoop, you set your Loop, your laundry preferences, pickup schedule, and care instructions are saved to your personalized Laundry Profile. Then, whenever possible, you’re paired with a personal Laundry Valet who remains consistent from one Loop to the next.

That means the person caring for your laundry gets to know how you like things done. Your detergent preferences. Your wash and dry settings. Your folding preferences. The little details that make your laundry feel like your laundry.

And the consistency goes beyond garment care. Your Valet arrives on your recurring pickup day and scheduled time each cycle, takes your LaundroLoop Bag, cares for your laundry according to your saved preferences, and returns everything clean, fresh, and thoughtfully folded.

No scheduling a new pickup every week. No explaining your preferences over and over. No wondering who is handling your clothes.

You set your Loop. We keep it going.

Because to us, premium laundry care isn't simply pickup and delivery. It's personal care, familiar service, and a dependable routine you can count on.

Laundry off your list. For good.™
